Coaching with Anavo Solutions

The California Department of Conservation (DOC) is partnering with Anavo Solutions to offer coaching to supervisors, managers, and executives to enhance individual leadership capabilities and strengthen DOC’s internal leadership capacity.

Professional coaching is a personalized and confidential process in which experienced coaches work one on one with you to navigate specific challenges, strengthen your leadership skills, and take meaningful steps toward your personal and professional goals. A coach’s job, simply put, is to meet you where you are and help you get to where you want to go with greater clarity and confidence.

Coaching Expectations

In order to make the coaching relationship most effective…

You agree:

  • To be responsible for scheduling your sessions using your coach's Calendly link.

  • To communicate honestly, be open to feedback and assistance, and create the time and energy to participate fully in the process.

  • To be responsible for your action and inaction and for your own learning and personal growth. Coaching is not therapy or consulting and there are situations where these approaches may be more appropriate.

Our coaches agree:

  • To maintain the ethics and standards of behavior set by the International Coach Federation (ICF).

  • To support the agenda that the coachee brings to the session.

  • To be available between sessions via email/text for questions and brief updates.
