Dare to Lead™ Workshops

As a Certified Dare to Lead™ Facilitator, our Dare to Lead™ workshops teach participants how to build brave work cultures and drive performance through vulnerable, courageous, and empathetic leadership. You’ll learn how to lean into vulnerability, lead with values at the forefront, build trust, and rise from setbacks, based on the research of Dr. Brené Brown.

After you complete the workshop, you’ll be able to:

  • Identify and implement the four skill sets that make up courage: Rumbling with Vulnerability, Living Into Our Values, Braving Trust, and Learning to Rise

  • Understand why vulnerability is in the foundational skill set of courage

  • See the critical role that self-awareness plays in courageous leadership

  • Recognize that it’s not fear, but armor (the ways we self protect) that is the greatest obstacle to daring leadership

  • Create a personalized leadership plan to put these new understandings into action

Our Dare to Lead™ workshops are offered as virtual Zoom sessions. You’ll obtain access to the full curriculum, with 24 hours of content delivered over the course of six weeks. Alternatively, you can receive the curriculum cut down to 8 hours of content in two half-day sessions. We're flexible and can tailor our workshops based on your team’s needs and availability.

What Participants are saying…

“Ana created an environment that was conducive to open, honest and engaging conversation about leadership. Both personal and professional leadership factors were openly expressed, and because of Ana’s stewardship there was a feedback loop rooted in honesty, respect and common interest.”

“One of the biggest mindset shifts I think I have made after completing this module is: to not ignore my emotions and failures and pretend like everything is fine, and instead… talk to the folks I may potentially be in conflict with so we can both try to understand each other better and rise strong from the conflict!”

“A lot of personal “a-ha” moments which will truly help guide my growth as a supervisor but also in my personal life. Especially the realization that I AM empathetic and the true break down of the walls that stop me from being vulnerable.”

“Did a great job of framing familiar everyday concepts (vulnerability, shame, etc.) in a way that challenges people to think and reconsider the role that these things play in our leadership styles.”
