Getting Started
To access your client-specific resources, log in using the credentials provided to you via email. If you have any questions or require assistance, please email our visual learning strategist Ashley Castaneda at ashley@anavo.solutions.

Your first lecture will include a comprehensive video on navigating the Teachable platform.

guidelines for a seamless experience:
Complete the content in sequential order. Not only is content loaded based on sessions that happen in real-time, but each section’s reflection questions and videos have been chosen intentionally. You’ll get the most out of your experience by progressing in order.
Set a schedule that works for you. Content is uploaded based on your specific program, and does not have to be completed all in one sitting. Feel free to access the resources based on your availability. There is a completion bar on the left dashboard panel that will automatically update as you progress.
Be present and open to the material. We invite you to open your mind and heart to the material in front of you. Be honest, set boundaries, and come willing to put in the work.
Respect others. In our discussion boards, we ask that you be mindful of those around you. This space is intended to be a learning environment for all.
Reach out. If you’re struggling with the material or having technical difficulties, do not hesitate to reach out for assistance. We’re happy to help.
