Founder and CEO Ana Estrada Daniels sees the need to change how we view leadership. The days of the heroic leader have passed — the world is calling for leaders and contributors at all levels, bringing their diverse perspectives together for more innovative thinking.

Anavo Solutions believes that our work cultures should reframe failure and re-value it as a way to learn and grow. We combine decades of experience, quality certifications, and thoughtful ethical considerations to create inclusive leadership coaching services. We’re always working to improve our skills and achieve a more ethical practice.

what to expect

How can I make the most of your services?

In order to become a brave and secure leader, you’ve got to put in the work. We invite our clients to arrive at our coaching sessions ready to go and ready to grow - excited to commit to the process of investing time and energy not just in the coaching session, but in the time between sessions as well.

 

What topics will we cover?

Every session is co-designed with our clients to suit their specific needs. After an initial consultation, Ana will bring her guidance and expertise to any topics or concerns you would like to address.

How long do sessions last? How often can they be held?

Coaching sessions can vary from 30 minutes to two hours. We’ll work with you to choose a session length and frequency to reach your goals. All of our sessions are kept fully confidential.
