About Keke

Keke brings over 10 years of experience holding leadership roles, where she developed her strong empathetic, problem-solving, and communicative skills. As a Project Associate at Anavo, Keke supports all virtual technology needs and works diligently to ensure all project tasks are completed in a timely manner. While in university, Keke served as a lead facilitator for the Diversity Leadership Development Program, where she uplifted dialogues on leadership, diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) topics to help implement change within the UC Davis community. Through this work, her passion for projects focused on DEI was sparked and continues to be ignited through her work at Anavo Solutions. In her free time, she enjoys baking, spending time with her friends, and watching suspenseful movies. Occasionally, she creates abstract paintings and indulges in fiction and non-fiction books.

Erin Blobaum has decades of experience in developing, coordinating, and executing leadership training and education programs. Erin continually seeks to bring data, technology, and creative ideas together to catalyze learning, process improvement, and decision-making. In her free time, she enjoys reading, kayaking, playing trivia, and being temporarily incompetent at whatever home improvement project she happens to be tackling.

Rueben Brock (he/him/his)

About Rueben

Dr. Rueben Brock is an expert in assessment and assessment design. With a Ph.D. in counseling psychology and nearly twenty-five years of direct service experience, Rueben is also skilled in individual coaching and group facilitation. He facilitates workshops on diversity, equity and inclusion, leadership, and wellness issues. With experience in higher education, government, and community mental health, Dr. Brock brings a wealth of knowledge and experience in creating a framework for improved institutional culture and climate. He is an author, speaker, and consultant with regular appearances on regional and national television and radio.

She earned a BS in Marketing from the University of Illinois at Chicago, and in her free time enjoys going to concerts, cycling, and hanging out with her dog, Sam.

May Chan has over 20 years of experience with project planning and implementation, fiscal administration, research and evaluation, strategic planning, human resources, grant writing, and advocacy. She comes with many years in mental health and health equity. She brings a lived experience lens to the diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) work. Her passion for DEI work stems from her young childhood navigating social services systems. In her free time, she enjoys web design and development, graphic design, virtual event production, and creating content for YouTube.

As a project associate, Erick supports from behind the scenes and ensures all projects are completed according to the Anavo timeline. He’s responsible for coordinating and executing administrative logistics to support the implementation of all project deliverables. He also works on the development, maintenance, and dissemination of registration materials and products. Other responsibilities include data collection, report, and presentation production. Outside of Anavo, Erick loves going to the gym, boxing, hiking, and gaming. He also enjoys trying new foods/cuisines but his favorite will always be KBBQ.

ConstaNce “Khani” gustafson (SHE/HER/HERS)

About Khani

Khani, MSW, D.DIV, is a seasoned clinical social worker with an expansive career in both county and statewide mental health/behavioral health organizations. As an innovative thought leader, Khani has led statewide organizational change models and program initiatives such as California's first mental health Transitional Age Youth (TAY) and Parent Partners Program. She led the California Mental Health and Spirituality Initiative and the charter for the California Crisis Intervention Training Association (CACITA). Khani is a curriculum designer and trainer for racial equity, diversity, inclusion, and belonging. Khani is an adjunct Professor at the CSU Stanislaus Master of Social Work Department, a Stanislaus Community Foundation Board Member, and President of the Modesto Stanislaus NAACP. She also teaches and supports whole-person health and healing practices for well-being.

She also sits on the Board of Directors of Her Health First, a nonprofit working to support women of color’s access to health systems and reclaim positive birth experiences. About Tommy

Tommy Royston is a trainer and consultant specializing in executive and leadership development and has over 25 years of experience helping nonprofit, public sector, and healthcare entities define, refine, and achieve their mission. Prior to joining Anavo Solutions, Tommy was the lead instructor for executive education at the University of Southern California’s Price School of Public Policy. His facilitation/consulting approach aligns with public sector service values and is rooted in a commitment to racial and social justice. Tommy’s doctoral dissertation research focused on how federally qualified health centers (FQHCs) that specialize in serving LGBTQ+ populations conceptually define and operationalize culturally competent health care.

In his free time, Tommy enjoys running, hiking, and spending time with his husband and his four-legged children Boomer and Rodeo. His guilty pleasures include watching true crime documentaries and attending state fairs throughout the U.S.

As Training Coordinator for Anavo Solutions, Morgan supports the development of virtual and in-person training events. She optimizes registration and enrollment processes, and collaborates with Anavo's training vendors to develop and refine curricula. Most recently, Morgan has embarked on a journey to gain expertise in accessibility so that she can ensure that Anavo's trainings are inclusive and accessible to all.
